Aunt Filomena's Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 4 cups sifted flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 lb of butter
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1 pint sour cream

Method

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat at moderate speed. Add sour cream, flour and remainder of dry ingredients and lightly for about 1 minute. Add vanilla nuts and cinnamon.

Bake at 375 for 50 min
