Aunt Rose's Easter Torte

Method

Combine ingredients as in any bread recipe. Let rise until double in bulk.

Punch down and let rest for 10 min. Divide into 3rds and roll each into a rope about 36inches long.

Braid and form into a circle. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double . Brush with 1 beaten egg mixed with a tablespoon of water.

Bake at 375 until golden - about 10-15 min.
