Mix together like a cookie dough. Knead until smooth. Let stand 1/2 hour. Roll into thin strings about the width of Aunt Rose's pinkie. Shape with canolete maker which is really a comb from a loom. Deep fry and dip into honey.

To make cicirata, make into little balls. Deep fry, mix with honey and almonds.
